The GH Plus takes the perfect solution of the GH Basic and improves on its foundation of quality and user demanded technology. The GH Plus allows users to explore new levels of productivity, performance, and automation not found in the Basic offering. With the capacity to handle a wide variation in cutting lengths and thicknesses, these machines are an excellent investment choice for any business.
Finally, you can weigh your options, select the specifications that fit your needs, and create an easy to use, easy to maintain machine designed to adapt not just to today, but every day and well into the future.
HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE
- The GH Plus Series is a reliable hydraulic swing beam shear. But with the right modifications, it can become a reliably hydraulic swing beam shear that fits your shop floor—and your needs—like a glove. Whatever your requirements, whatever your use case, whatever comes your way, we can help you build a GH Plus Series shear that does what you need it to—no questions asked.
EASY, INTUITIVE OPERATION
- Featuring a CNC controller with full color display and easy to use—and easy to master—user experience, these shears offer power, function, and utility all in one single, rugged package.
FUTURE-FRIENDLY FLEXIBILITY
- The GH Plus series of hydraulic swing beam shears features a intuitive, user friendly interface coupled with CNC blade gap adjustment, and automation ready construction. These machines are flexible enough to be easily integrated with front feeder automation or automated pallet conveyor systems, allowing you to create the smarter, more productive shop floor you will need in the future.
CAPABILITIES:
- Available from 4 mm to 13 mm on 2, 3, 4 and 6 meters length.
- Customized cutting capacity and lengths are available under request.
- Sturdy and reliable.
- Evolutionary architecture.
- Available solutions as anti-torsion system, front feeder, and pallet conveyor system.
COMPONENTS:
- Evolutionary shear capable of adapting itself to each performance and technological requirement of its users;
- Hydraulic shear of the swing beam type;
- Welded frame and blade beam, monoblock type – higher rigidity;
- Amply dimensioned table built into the frame;
- Accurate and rigid back gauge, will ball screws;
- Automatic swing up of the back gauge during the cut;
- Full back gauge swing up;
- Hold-downs with material protection built-in;
- Hold-down pressure is considerable and completely proportional to the shearing force itself, preventing thin and delicate materials from being marked;
- Infinitely variable blade clearance regulation, as per type and thickness of the plate to cut (motorized as standard);
- Cutting length adjustment (increase of the number of strokes per minute on short plates);
- Deep throat, allows for the slitting of plates longer than the machine nominal length;
- Wide table and bolsters.
USER INTERFACE:
- Machine equipped with Cybelec CybTouch8, with color TFT touch screen, intuitive interface, automatic calculations of the shear functions upon material specifications, quick set up of the machine thanks to the Easy Cut page and large cutting sequences and programs can be memorized.
